Practical information about accessing Guildwell, using the platform and understanding how our services work.
Who is Guildwell for?
Guildwell is built for businesses and the people who operate them, with financial products and compliance workflows tailored to the needs of different industries. We support financial services and funds, platforms and marketplaces, corporate and professional services, trade and commodities, and defence and aerospace. Access depends on jurisdiction, eligibility and the services required.
Is Guildwell a bank?
Guildwell is a financial infrastructure company, not a bank. Services are delivered through Guildwell and its financial partners. The relevant provider, regulatory framework and any safeguarding arrangements depend on the product and jurisdiction. Provider-specific disclosures will be made available before you use a service.
How do I access Guildwell?
Access begins with a request for an invitation. Our team reviews your business, the jurisdictions in which you operate and your financial requirements, then guides eligible businesses through onboarding. Existing clients can access their environment through Login.
What accounts and currencies are available?
Guildwell coordinates business accounts and payment capabilities across supported currencies and rails. Specific currencies, account arrangements and payment methods depend on your business, jurisdiction and provider. Your available options are confirmed during onboarding; this prototype does not present a definitive currency list.
Can Guildwell handle stablecoins and digital assets?
Supported stablecoins, blockchain rails and digital assets can form part of payments, liquidity and settlement workflows, subject to eligibility, jurisdiction, provider availability and transaction controls. They sit alongside traditional financial rails rather than as a separate standalone crypto offering.
What is Pay Agent?
Pay Agent coordinates the movement and settlement of funds between onboarded parties in structured and high-value transactions. Workflows may include capital raises, investments, commodities, asset purchases, subscriptions and distributions, across supported fiat and digital rails. The scope and contractual responsibilities are agreed for each transaction.
What treasury products are available?
Treasury capabilities can include liquidity management, fixed income and other yield-bearing or investment products where available. Eligibility, risk, access and terms vary by product and jurisdiction. Investment returns are not guaranteed, and capital may be at risk.
Does Guildwell support capital raising?
Guildwell can coordinate capital formation, investor flows, subscriptions and related settlement workflows. Private debt, equity, fixed income and securities arranging are available only where permitted and through the appropriate service provider.
How does onboarding work?
Onboarding starts with an initial eligibility review through an in-depth pre-onboarding questionnaire. We review your legal entity, beneficial ownership, jurisdictions, counterparties, expected financial activity and requested products to understand the relationship and risk profile. If eligible, you then proceed to digital identity and business verification, followed by any supporting documentation or additional checks required for the relationship.
How does Guildwell manage compliance?
Guildwell applies risk-based onboarding, ongoing monitoring and transaction controls around how your business operates. Controls consider the business, jurisdiction, counterparties, expected activity and products being used. Our Compliance page outlines the framework and contains disclosure placeholders for this prototype.
