Guildwell operates through regulated and registered entities in different jurisdictions, supported by regulated financial institutions and specialist service providers.
The legal entity responsible for a service depends on the product, jurisdiction, transaction type and regulatory permissions that apply.
A registration or permission held by one Group entity does not automatically apply to another.

Financial institutions and service providers
Guildwell's services may rely on banks, payment institutions, brokers, custodians, liquidity providers, technology providers and other regulated or specialist service providers.
These relationships allow Guildwell entities to access financial infrastructure including accounts, payment rails, settlement services, custody, execution, onboarding technology and compliance systems where applicable.
The use of a third party does not remove the responsibility of the Guildwell entity providing the relevant service.
Material providers are subject to due diligence, contractual controls and ongoing oversight appropriate to the nature and risk of the relationship.
Where a third party is itself responsible for providing a regulated service, that party remains responsible for its own regulated activities.
Which entity provides my service?
The responsible legal entity and relevant service terms are determined by the service being provided, the client's location and eligibility, and the applicable regulatory framework.
Clients may interact with more than one Guildwell entity or regulated service provider as part of a broader financial workflow.
Where this occurs, the applicable agreements, onboarding process and transaction documentation identify the entity responsible for the relevant service.
For questions about the entity responsible for a particular service or transaction, contact Guildwell.
